Well, can you believe it? We’re almost at the end of the auditions! Next week is the last of them but still the talent keeps coming. This week kicked off with the brilliant Michael and Michael, a father and son Michael Jackson tribute act in two of the best costumes we have seen this year! Young Michael was brilliant then Papa Michael surprised us all with his moves! They easily moonwalked their way into the next round.

Another act through to the next round was the singing doorman Neil Fullard. Neil arrived mob handed with 5 of his security guard mates in tow. Nobody dare say he wasn’t any good! Although to be fair to him he was good, even if it all got a little bit ‘Sopranos-like’ backstage!

You’d think we’d learned our lesson in the past on this show but we were shocked yet again this week as Corey Shaun became Beyonce. That was a performance to behold! We really didn’t see it coming as he rocked it in his £12 Primark boots (which seemed to catch Amanda’s eye!) Goodness only knows how that wig stayed on.

Fourteen year old Liam McNally’s rendition of Danny Boy put him through to the next round with more than a handful of tears shed in the audience. He was a lovely kid, really sweet and unassuming, not long now for us all to wait and see if he has made it to the live Semi Finals which start next Monday and continue every night. HOW EXCITING!
Hope you’re all enjoying the sunshine!
