So the sound of giant buzzers has just about stopped ringing in our ears which means we’ve finally finished the Britain’s Got Talent auditions. It was a pretty epic few weeks that had us racing around the country and we were pretty proud that this year Newcastle got it’s very own auditions too. The judges have now selected which acts will go through to the live semi finals and we can’t wait to find out what you’ll make of them - they’re certainly a mixed bunch.
As soon as we completed the auditions we hot footed it on to our new show Push The Button which starts this month. We’re working on pilot shows this week which are basically like test runs for us and the crew. Without giving too much away, the show will be a right laugh, isn’t like anything we’ve done before and like nothing else on TV. Watch out for a special behind-the-scenes video from the promo shoot we did a few weeks ago - you know the one with the monkey and Dec in that fetching green sparkly jacket?
Also we’ve got a competition coming up to win tickets to the show soon so watch this space.
On a different - note quite literally - we had a rare night off the other week and we went up to the Jazz Café in Camden to see a new up and coming artist, someone we’ve mentioned before, Leddra Chapman.
